Saul S. Kattan

Saul Kattan is the founder of Sea Street Capital Advisors. In his 25 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Kattan was involved in the origination, structuring, and distribution of more than $23 billion sophisticated financial products, including collateralized loan obligations, asset-backed securitizations, real estate companies, and various alternative investments. His clients include many of the largest and most prominent institutional investors in the country.

Mr. Kattan has held senior leadership roles at several large investment banks. Most recently, at UBS, he was the head of structured and securitized product sales in the Americas, leading a large group of senior institutional salespeople. Mr. Kattan is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received B.S. degrees from the Wharton School and School of Engineering.
